HANDOVER AND TAKEOVER OF CAO'S OFFICE

The district has officially received a new CAO in the names of Mr Leonard Tumusime from Kazo district where as the outgoing CAO Mr. Chelangat Andrew Milton Kamaligin is headed to Noya district. The function took place at the district Headquarters in Aloka gardens today morning 9th/ Feb /2021.

During the function, the outgoing CAO gave a detailed report ranging from the district background, achievements and challenges. In his speech, he asked the new CAO and the staff to work towards the district vision, mission, local revenue, recruitments and promotions of staff among others.

The incoming CAO appreciated the way that he and his team had been welcomed at the district. He pledged to build on what the district has set especially the new administration block and advocated for teamwork within the district.

Speaking at the ceremony also was the RDC Mr. Peter Paak Pex who thanked the outgoing CAO for the work well done in Bulambuli district and also welcomed the new CAO. In his speech, he empathised on service delivery and assured the members plus the new CAO of the security stability within the district.

Lastly, the district chairperson welcomed the new CAO and thanked the outgoing CAO together with the staff for a good teamwork spirit exhibited during the outgoing CAO’s term of service. In his remarks, he requested the new CAO to immediately induct the new council for fruitful operations within the district.
